今天的讀經來自瑪竇福音。

瑪竇福音5：38-42

“你們一向聽說過：『以眼還眼，以牙還牙。』我卻對你們說：不要抵抗惡人；而且，若有人掌擊你的右頰，你把另一面也轉給他。那願與你爭訟，拿你的內衣的，你連外衣也讓給他。若有人強迫你走一千步，你就同他走兩千步。求你的，就給他；願向你借貸的，你不要拒絕。”

耶穌在山上的講道中所說的這些話很嚴厲。 當我聽著瑪竇福音中的那句話時，我的本能反應是什麼？

這些話對我來說現實嗎？ 我遵循的日常準則都符合耶穌的教導嗎？

如果這些想法對你有幫助，請重新聽這些想法。

如果我在生活中目睹或經歷過任何形式的暴力，我想問天主什麼以幫助我應對？

願光榮歸於父及子及聖神，起初如何，今日亦然，直到永遠，阿們。

回想過去，幾乎沒幾次做到的。

能做到的時候，都是我不在意的、不執著的。

不在意的事就沒什麼吞忍(委屈)、嚥不下這口氣(氣憤)、感到受傷(傷心)的情況發生。

然後我自問：「那些事真的值得在意嗎？」

主耶穌，

我願順服祢，

求祢幫助我。
